Blake DeWitt,
Blake DeWitt, CEO of Investorade, is a seasoned entrepreneur with a strong foundation in real estate investment, direct marketing, and digital media. With a BS in Economics from TCU, he launched his career by founding Investorade Homebuyers, acquiring over 700 properties valued at $200 million. Building on this success, he established Investorade Construction, completing 200 projects across five states.
Blake later founded Investorade Holdings, strategically acquiring over 85 properties, leveraging market conditions during the post-COVID inflationary period. He is also an expert in lead generation, specializing in online marketing strategies that have bolstered the online presence of Investorade and its portfolio companies.
Blake’s focus now lies in expanding Investorade’s investments in RV and mobile home parks, utilizing his deep market knowledge and strategic vision. His expertise in acquisitions, marketing, and market analysis has made Investorade a trusted industry leader.
Blaz Korosec,
Blaz Korosec, CFO of Investorade, is a licensed real estate broker with extensive expertise in finance, real estate, and business acquisitions. Originally from Slovenia and fluent in multiple languages, Blaz graduated from SMU with degrees in Finance and Economics. He started his career in insurance before co-founding Cosworth Capital, where he led financial operations and market analysis.
Since joining Investorade in 2017, Blaz has been pivotal in shaping the company’s financial strategy, overseeing lender relations and underwriting acquisitions of RV parks, mobile home communities, commercial properties, and businesses. He also founded Airstream Realty, specializing in commercial and single-family real estate.
Blaz excels in numbers, financial analysis, and forecasting. He leads Investorade’s efforts in underwriting deals, financial modeling, and cash flow projections, ensuring a disciplined and data-driven approach to acquisitions and business growth.
Kim Matthews,
Kim Matthews is the Senior Regional Manager at Investorade, responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple properties across the portfolio. Known for her dedication, Kim frequently relocates to newly acquired properties, spending months on-site to build teams, onboard staff, and ensure smooth transitions during the early stages of ownership.
Kim’s career in property management began at Omnikey Realty, where she managed over 2,300 properties, gaining valuable experience in tenant relations and maintenance oversight. She also has a background in supply chain and program management, handling complex projects for major clients.

Zach Moore,
Zach Moore, Acquisitions and Investment Manager at Investorade, brings extensive expertise in real estate acquisitions and investment strategy. Cindy M. Slaughter, RN, BSN, is the Property Support Specialist at Investorade, leveraging over 25 years of experience in nursing and management. Her background includes roles as Director of Nursing, ICU Charge Nurse, and House Supervisor, overseeing teams across Med-Surg, Telemetry, Skilled Nursing, and Hospice.

Alejo Alba is a Web Engineer, Web Developer, and Server Admin at investorade, where he has been enhancing the company’s online presence since 2022. He has extensive experience in domain registration, email setup, and hosting management, gained from his previous role at Concise Digital, where he worked with platforms like Cpanel, Rackspace, WHM, AWS, and GoDaddy.
